At BrennerBondurant, we concentrate on several practice areas, all involving litigation. Civil litigation (trial practice) is its own unique skill set, and you're going to want experienced attorneys guiding you through the process. We understand that litigation can be a frightening process, particularly in light of all the uncertainties and unknowns for persons like yourself who likely have very little experience with the process.
People are commonly concerned about the costs associated with litigation. Many have heard horror stories about astronomical attorneys' fees in cases that drag on forever and get very little in the way of results. After hearing those concerns from prospective clients over the years, we took the initiative of innovating with the fee structures we use in hourly matters. While we have the credentials and experience of the so-called "big firm lawyers," our smaller size allows us to be far more flexible with fee structures to keep everything reasonable and affordable for you. We even offer flat fee arrangements for hourly litigation clients, which is an atypical and novel approach to giving prospective clients like yourself more certainty and predictability in the litigation process.
And while no attorneys or firms can ethically guarantee you any results, we can guarantee you that we'll work hard to come up with a fee structure that you're comfortable with and that we'll then do all we can to guide you through the litigation process and empower you to make decisions in accordance with your best interests. And if you're a contingency client (personal injury, medical malpractice), we're already carrying all the risk related to attorneys' fees (i.e., no attorneys' fees unless and until we secure a recovery through verdict or settlement), and you'll find that our contingency rates are fully in line with industry custom and practice.
The "Practice Areas" box on this page has hyperlinks to the page for each practice area, so please do take a look if you need more information. Otherwise, go ahead and fill out the consultation request form on this page to begin the intake evaluation process and we'll send you a short form we need you to fill out so that we can evaluate whether and how best we might be able to help. If we're not personally able to help you, we can almost always point you in the direction of someone who can. Thanks and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
